Do you ship to Canada?
As of 2009 we do ship to Canada.
Currently all shipments to Canada go UPS. The rate for Tax, duties and fees will be calculated
once you place your order online. Keep in mind the line item amounts may be not add up to the
subtotal shown however the subtotal is the UPS fees and duties we need to collect.
You may find on many of our Down or Primaloft Bedding items despite the shipping and duties we are still competitive.
A King Down size pillow sells for $169.00 (US Dollars), without shipping, at some Canadian stores while
a similar spec pillow from Downlite is only $90.00 (US Dollars). With Shipping Duties and Taxes from USA to Toronto Canada the total was $157.00.
Not too bad to get a Factory Direct Down Pillow.
Keep in mind Our shipping rates are calculated based on order value and destination with UPS. Adding items to your
purchase will improve significantly the % shipping cost to order value.
It is best to order multiple items in one order than to create multiple orders.

Where will my Canadian order be shipping from?
Most orders are shipped out of our factory in Cincinnati, OH. However shipments may need to be sent separate as we also have a California and Indiana Warehouse. Nevertheless the total fees that are charged at checkout will be the only ones no matter where items ship from.
Can I Return a Canadian order?
At this time shipments to Canada cannot be returned. However if you receive the wrong item we will make every effort to make things right. Just call us or visit our section on Returns. Please note our FREE SHIPPING for orders greater than $100.00 policy is not available for Canadian orders.
