Inside the plush pillow is PrimaLoft Support, which features an permanent antimicrobial treatment which cannot be washed off - unlike other pillows. PrimaLoft filling is not only Hypoallergenic, but is the most machine washable polyester fiber available. The removable protector includes an Easy Care treatment called Nanotex to protect against stains as well.
