Hotel Style Blankets
Did you recently travel to one of the fine hotels or resorts carrying our hotel bedding? Chances are that you loved the lighter weight blanket they used on their beds and would like to buy one for home. Because DOWNLITE makes so many types of blankets for hotels and resorts it can be a little overwhelming to know which one to select - especially because of the size and fill changes. As a rule of thumb the hotel blankets are very close in warmth properties - the only real difference is type of filling and size.
All of these blankets are made in the USA using hypoallergenic fillings and the same easy care breathable cotton fabric. We recommend buying the largest size blanket that your budget allows and or that will fit inside a duvet cover (If a blanket is 2-3 inches then the size of the duet in each measurement that is probably ok in terms of fitting. It is better if the blanket is larger then the duvet).
In terms of luxury - White Goose blankets is considered the gold standard followed by our luxury down alternative PrimaLoft. After that filling options like White Duck Down or enviroLoft are good choices as well.

- Oversized - Usually ending in 98 inch foot lengths and typically wider
