This old style feather bed is so unique because not only does it feature half down and half feathers but it is made using our finest German milled Egyptian cotton. Stay comfortable with our unique SoftPlus two layer fabric system - so you avoid excess poking because we add an extra layer of fabric.
We paid careful attention to every detail and made sure that each featherbed has been tested to make sure the overstuffed filling surrounds your body as you lay in bed. The special 50/50 filling is 10 times better in softness when compared to a traditional 5/95 blend. Furthermore this hypoallergenic filling has been processed in our Cincinnati facility to guarantee even the most sensitive sleeper.

Feather beds can not be machine washed - they are just too big. We strongly recommend adding a feather bed protector to limit care and maintenance issues. If a spill or stain does occur we recommend spot cleaning and if needed dry cleaning. This unique bag style construction is basically a giant pillow for your bed - as such you should know that daily 'puffing' is advised (compared to a baffle box feather bed this requires much more daily primping). Because the filling is 'loose' you can simply spread by hand where the filling goes (usually with two sleeping partners the filling tends to go to the middle - so you would wave or punch the filling back towards the side or torso zones). I just want to rate this product... I would give it 10 stars if I could. This featherbed is like sleeping on a cloud. It is NOT hard to keep it fluffy... it is amazingly easy! This is the featherbed you've always been looking for!! I tried to rate this before..not sure it went thru.. Love this featherbed.
