You will be notified of your order status by email when its status changes. Statues include: PENDING (order has not been processed), PROCESSING (we are getting your order ready for shipment), and IN-TRANSIT/SHIPPED (your order is on its way to you).
Because we are a manufacturer, we are not able to offer any other shipping besides FedEx or UPS Ground. If you require special shipment methods please contact us for a quote. Due to a 24 hour delay in receiving orders we are not able to accommodate overnight requests.
Orders over $200 may require signature service for security purposes. If this will cause an issue for your shipping address of choice please contact a customer service representative Monday-Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM EST. |

Partial Items Received
DOWNLITE has three shipping warehouses and it is possible to have your shipped from multiple locations. In most cases the items are in-transit. If you do not receive all of your items within a day or two of each other please contact us for resolution.
Back-Ordered Items
Some of our items are back-ordered, meaning our factory is in the process of building these items as needed. You can be notified by email when these items come back in-stock. If you placed an order and an item becomes back-ordered after, we will notify you.
Holiday Shipping Schedule
We will be closed during national federal holidays and this will add additional time to our stated shipping time frames. This includes July 3, 2009 (4th of July Weekend), Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving (And the day after) plus others which we will post near those time frames. |
